The purpose this study is predict factors influence secondary school teachers when it comes technology. This will establish relationships between personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, attitude toward technology, competence. Pahang, Malaysia, survey was conducted with 493 from 50 public schools 11 districts. Proportionate stratified sampling, cluster random simple sampling were used obtain samples. findings have established towards significantly affect how These emphasize importance increasing teachers’ well numerous elements fulfill expectations future qualified professions thus prepare students their future.
