In recent years, the use of digital technology and its relationship to ability known as competence has become a core concept in discussions about skills that individuals should possess knowledge society. Teachers’ using are becoming critical component developing practical pedagogical for practice student learning enhancement. The purpose this study is predict factors influence secondary school teachers when it comes technology. This will establish relationships between personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, attitude toward technology, competence. Pahang, Malaysia, survey was conducted with 493 from 50 public schools 11 districts. Proportionate stratified sampling, cluster random simple sampling were used obtain samples. findings have established towards significantly affect how These emphasize importance increasing teachers’ well numerous elements fulfill expectations future qualified professions thus prepare students their future.
